Shipping Info
Standard Orders (Nonprescription):
Orders placed online by 12pm Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed online after 12pm will ship the following business day. This includes UPS 2nd day and UPS next day service. We do not process orders on weekends and we do not offer UPS Saturday Delivery.
Prescription Orders:
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (Do we have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it.
Estimated Processing and Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 2 – 3 weeks
- Rush Shipping: 1 – 2 weeks
Please note that Wiley X does not guarantee delivery within these time frames and cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to weather or mechanical delays by the carrier.
Note: Orders shipping outside the continental U.S. can take a few extra days to arrive.
We observe the following holidays and will not ship on the following days:
